We can tell that Louise has settled back into her routine at daycare because each evening and morning we get "Kate Kate" which is her way of saying Katie, who is Louise's best friend at daycare. We will hear Louise saying "Kate Kate" as she wakes up and before she says Mommy or Daddy.
Louise has also started to show some interest in numbers and counting. Alison asked Louise to count to ten and got the reply "nine", or maybe she was saying "nein" which is German for her current favourite word, NO!
